ExamNexus is an exam-preparation study tool: practice questions, AI-generated explanations, performance analytics, and study planning.

It is not medical advice, medical education accreditation, or a guarantee of exam success. Question content and AI explanations are provided for study purposes only and may contain errors — always verify against your official curriculum and textbooks. Never use the Service to make clinical decisions about real patients.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or mass-download question banks, explanations, or any other content from the Service.
• Share one account between multiple people or circumvent usage limits.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems, or access another user's data.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to harass other users (for example, in comments).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

FCPS and similar postgraduate papers are not officially published. The practice questions on ExamNexus are exam recalls — questions reconstructed from the memory of candidates who have sat the exam, then contributed, curated, edited, and re-written by our community and team. They represent the underlying examinable knowledge — facts, concepts, mechanisms, and clinical scenarios — which is not owned by any single party.

ExamNexus does not reproduce, host, distribute, or resell any publisher's book, PDF, or compiled question bank, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any examination body, college, publisher, or author. Brand names, book titles, and logos that are not ours remain the property of their owners and are not used on the Service.

Our explanations, tips, analytics, software, design, and brand are original works owned by ExamNexus. You keep ownership of content you submit (such as comments or recalled questions) and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, edit, and display it within the Service.

We respect intellectual property and act in good faith. If you are a rights holder and believe specific content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at copyright@examnexus.ai with: (a) the exact item(s) and where they appear; (b) evidence you own or represent those rights; (c) your contact details; and (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. We will review promptly and remove or disable any content we verify as infringing. See our Copyright & Takedown page for the full process.

The Service is currently free for FCPS Part 1. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, pricing and terms will be shown clearly before you are ever charged, and these terms will be updated.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete my account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamNexus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including exam outcomes, lost opportunities, or decisions made based on study content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero on the free tier).

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
