Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ExamNexus account and all personal data associated with it at any time. This applies whether you signed up on the website, the Android app, or the iOS app.

Fastest way — delete it yourself, instantly

Sign in, go to your profile page, and use Delete account. Your account and all data are removed immediately — no waiting.

Or request it by email

  1. Email support@examnexus.ai with the subject line "Delete my account".
  2. Send the email from the address you registered with (so we can verify it's really you).
  3. We confirm and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Your profile (name, email, speciality, exam target/date)
  • Your practice history — answers, sessions, scores, bookmarks, streaks, achievements, and leaderboard entries
  • Your comments and any other content you submitted

Anonymised, aggregate statistics (for example, "42% of users answered this question correctly") are retained because they no longer identify you. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
