FCPS and similar postgraduate exams do not officially publish their papers. The questions on ExamNexus are exam recalls — reconstructed from the memory of candidates who sat the exam, then contributed, curated, edited, and re-written by our community and team. They reflect the underlying examinable knowledge (facts, mechanisms, and clinical scenarios), which is not owned by any single party.

We do not reproduce, host, distribute, or resell any publisher's book, PDF, or compiled question bank, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam body, college, publisher, or author. Explanations, tips, analytics, software, and design are our own original works.

If you believe a specific question, explanation, or other item on ExamNexus infringes your copyright, email us at copyright@examnexus.ai and include:

• The exact item(s) and where they appear (a link, screenshot, or question text).
• Evidence that you own or are authorised to represent those rights.
• Your name, organisation, and contact details.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by you, the law, or a licence.

• We acknowledge valid requests, typically within a few business days.
• We review in good faith and remove or disable any content we verify as infringing.
• We may ask for clarification, and we keep a record of requests and actions taken.
• Incomplete, repeated, or bad-faith claims may be declined or deprioritised.
